These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://qr.ahousetostay.com/ (the “Website”) and the services provided by Actionweb, founded by George Emm. Sfyrakis (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account, selecting a subscription plan, or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Our Services

Actionweb provides users with access to digital tools and services through subscription-based plans.

Users may create an account under one of the following plans:

  • Free

  • Basic

  • Standard

  • Pro

Each plan includes specific features and limitations as described on the Website. We reserve the right to modify plan features, pricing, or structure, with reasonable prior notice where required.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activity under your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

3. Subscription Plans and Upgrades

Plan Selection

You may choose the subscription plan that best fits your needs at the time of registration.

Upgrading

You may upgrade your subscription plan at any time.
Upgrades may take effect immediately or at the beginning of the next billing cycle, depending on system configuration.

If applicable, price differences may be charged proportionally.

4. Billing and Payment

Automatic Billing

For paid subscription plans (Basic, Standard, Pro):

  • You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period.

  • Charges will be processed automatically using your selected payment method.

  • Billing will continue automatically until your subscription is canceled.

Plan Expiration (if auto-renew is disabled)

If automatic renewal does not apply, you will be notified by email before your plan expires and will need to renew your subscription to continue using paid features.

Failure to renew may result in downgrade or restricted access.

5. Cancellation and Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Once your account has been deleted:

  • Your subscription will be canceled.

  • We will wipe all of your data from our servers, including but not limited to:

    • Your links

    • Traffic data

    • Pixels

    • Analytics data

    • All other associated data

Data deletion is permanent and irreversible.

We are not responsible for any loss of data following account deletion.

6. Refund Policy

Upon request, we will issue a refund at the moment of the request for all upcoming unused subscription periods.

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Past billing periods already used

  • The current active billing period unless required by applicable consumer protection laws

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

7. Free Plan

The Free plan may include limitations in features, storage, analytics, or usage.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the Free plan at any time.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service:

  • For unlawful purposes

  • To distribute malicious software

  • To infringe intellectual property rights

  • To violate privacy or data protection laws

  • To interfere with system security or infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any tracking technologies (e.g., pixels) they use through our platform comply with applicable privacy laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Modifications to the Service or Terms

We may modify these Terms or our services from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of the country in which Actionweb is established.

Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
